I recently received word that I will illustrating some really fun work in the coming months. Some of it I can talk about. One of the big things this year for me, as an artist, is the Steampunk Bizarre in July 2010. I have acquired a lot of supplies and am working with various craftsmen to aid with design and construction. I currently have multiple amps and guitars that will be built for the show. I also started pre-production work on a comic book that will debut at the Steampunk show and then also be sold at the New England Small Press Assembly show and New York Comic Con 2010. I will provide more information on each project as they come to fruition.

After being asked to be in the Steampunk Bizarre, I've decided to spend every Sunday at my local fleamarket. I'm stock piling brass, pipes, gauges and other components in hopes of expanding my palette. I just posted a photo album on my facebook fan page. Please stop by the page and enjoy the pictures. I have been asked to join a group of artists in a Steampunk Bizarre gallery show. Last October I met, artist, Joe Marsocci at the Addam's Family Gathering show in Middletown, CT. The current date for the shows opening reception is July 10th.

I will be sure to update the blog on the progress of the pieces I am building for the show. I currently plan to have a few guitars and amps in the steampunk style. There will be a lot of season veterans at the show and I'm grateful to be asked to show my work with them. Stay tuned.
