If you've been following my personal art over the past year or two, you'll notice a major shift to surf and skate related artwork. I do a lot of work for Drift Surf Shop in Wakefield RI and I also do my fair share of surfing (and recently also skating). Last Inktober I told a haphazard story about Rex Scotch Nelson and his cosmic surf adventures across the universe. (you can find some of the original pieces for sale on my Etsy store)
A few weeks ago I created my most recent painting, which is currently untitled. I have quite a few other pieces in the works. All of the pieces will be able to be viewed at Drift Surf Shop in the coming weeks. Drop by, check them out and pick up some cool clothes!
As many have you have already read in a previous pose, I recently designed a logo for an awesome Chiropractic practice in Ocean City Maryland. I'm happy to announce that they just released their first shop t shirt. Hopefully it will catch on and people will see them spread all around Maryland and beyond. I'm not sure if they will be available online or not, but stay tuned to my social media. I will announce it there as soon as I have details. Until then, you can check out my good friends at Chiro100 by visiting their website.
Below: Below you can see the original art for the foreground characters. The wave was designed in Adobe Illustrator and added to the traditional line work later.
